There will be a public Preview of items on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th from 4-6pm at the St. Clair County Event Center, 1550 E. State Route 15, Belleville, IL 62221. To view and/or inspect the firearms and ammo you MUST be able to provide a valid FOID card for Illinois bidders, a valid Government Issue ID for out of state bidders.

Bidding will begin closing on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th at 5pm CST.

YOU CAN PICKUP YOUR ITEMS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FIREARMS, AT THE ST. CLAIR COUNTY EVENT CENTER ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH from 12-6.

ALL FIREARMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO SHOOTER’S FIREARMS AND INDOOR RANGE, 310 BB RD., COLUMBIA, IL 62236, FOR TRANSFER. ALL FIREARMS HAVE A MANDATORY 72 HOLD. PLEASE CONTACT SHOOTER’S AT 618-281-6393 TO ARRANGE TRANSFER/PICKUP. ANY CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH FIREARM TRANSFER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. ANY OUT OF STATE BUYERS, SHOOTER’S WILL ARRANGE TRANSFER TO A FFL DEALER IN YOUR LOCAL AREA. Auction Company will coordinate shipping and packaging, of applicable items, at buyer’s expense. Contact Adam at 618-234-8751 to arrange shipping/packaging.

If you are coming in person to pick up, you will need to bring your own totes, packaging and labor.

SHIPPING: We will transport items for all our out of state bidders to All In Shipping on the Wednesday following the end of auction. There they will package and ship your items. The exact shipping charges will be processed through your HiBid account. You will receive tracking information shortly thereafter.
