Monthly Estate Auctions selling entire estate to be held the last Wednesday of every month, along with our public consignment auction. They will be on January 30, February 27, March 27, April 24, May 29, June 26, July 31, August 28, September 25, October 30, November 30 and none in December.
Much of the founding business and continued growth of Adam’s Auctions has been from handling Estate Situations. We pride ourselves on being a
“one stop” solution for people dealing with estate situations.
Being an Executor or Co-Executor of an estate can be quite overwhelming. Many people do not know where to begin or where to turn.
We can help you with both the Personal Property and Real Estate
involved in these situations.
The auction process works very well for properties that have been lived in for many years and are therefore not ‘up to code’ and most likely need cosmetic updating and sometimes major system updates. By using the auction method to sell the property, the family does not have to bring the property ‘up to code’, does not have to make additional repairs or endure inspections. The property is sold ‘As Is’ in it’s current condition.
With regard to personal property, we offer a Pick-Up Service. Once the family has identified the items they want to keep, our crew will pack and load the remaining items up, storing the items until our next monthly “Multiple Estate and Consignment Auction”.
